1. Request

Employers provide the following to CareerBridge: job description, requirements/criteria, and budget based on compensation expectations.

2. Amplify

CareerBridge jobs are sent to trusted Connectors around the globe who are a part of the CareerBridge network. Every **CareerBridge** job comes with a reward.

3. Promote

Connectors promote **CareerBridge** jobs to Candidates who are a great fit AND to other Connectors that know great Candidates too. CareerBridge keeps track of this.

4. Apply

Candidates apply to **CareerBridge** jobs and mention the Connector who told them about it.

5. Qualify

CareerBridge qualifies all Candidates using a proprietary methodology and input from relevant talent specialists.

6. Refer

CareerBridge introduces the highest-quality, qualified Candidates to our Employers, and keeps Employers up-to-date on the candidate pipeline.

7. Hire

When an Employer hires one of our Candidates, the Employer pays CareerBridge a platform fee that equates to 10% of the Candidate's first-year compensation with a 90-day guarantee period.

8. Reward

Once the hired Candidate completes the 90-day guarantee period, CareerBridge will pay the reward to the all of the Connectors who helped find that Candidate. If the hired Candidate does not complete the 90-day guarantee period, CareerBridge will find a suitable replacement or refund the Employer.
